Come and discover Cap Coz from a beautiful, welcoming and modern apartment, located just 110 metres from the sea. Imagine being able to go there whenever you want: to enjoy a morning walk in the open air, refresh yourself in the afternoon or admire the sunset in the evening. You will have the comfort of being able to go there at any time. In a quiet area, but close to the town, you will have easy access to local activities if you want to discover Brittany as it should be!
This fully equipped apartment can accommodate up to four people: 2 adults and 2 children. You can enjoy the outdoor space and put a table and chairs in the garden in front of the bay window to have lunch or have an aperitif if you wish!
In this 40m2 apartment, you will discover a living room with a sofa that can be unfolded to form a bed that can accommodate 2 children, a television and a dining table. The kitchen is open to the living room, and is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. A corridor gives you access to an independent toilet and a bedroom with a double bed (140/190). You will need to pass through the bedroom to access the bathroom, where you will also find a washing machine. A parking space is provided for you.
