Ideally designed for 4 people, it has an unfenced garden, an equipped terrace and a barbecue to make the most of beautiful summer days. Just 3 km from the superb beaches and the Mousterlin headland, you will also be very close to the famous GR34 coastal path, ideal for walks facing the ocean. Whether you are a hiking enthusiast, water sports activities, or simply looking for relaxation, Fouesnant will seduce you with its marine landscapes, its local specialities and its friendly atmosphere.



Push open the front door and discover a spacious living area of over 50 m² occupying the entire ground floor. The kitchen, open, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a pod coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people, or enjoy the outdoor terrace on fine days. In the evening, gather around the decorative fireplace, in the cosy lounge area, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television. An independent toilet completes the ground floor.



On the upper floor, two large bedrooms await you as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed, a spacious dressing room and a desk. The second bedroom is also equipped with a Queen Size bed and a storage wardrobe.



For your comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal during your stay.



You will also benefit from a private garage to park your vehicle and store bicycles. A second car can be sheltered under the adjoining carport.
