Nothing 'wrong' with the room it was all just a. bit 'bland' and dated, chairs were old and. dated basic coffee table and the kitchen was functional but cheap. As I say nothing wrong but nothing special.

Grest place to stop over and explore glacierland

We were super-comfortable in our small suite with everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable 3 night stay. There were wonderful views out on to the Fox range mountains, and only a 5min walk from the excellent and very atmosphetic Cook and Saddle cafe. Lake Matheson with its memorable rainforest walk, the mirrored reflections of Mtns Tasman and Cook, and the welcoming cafe offering excellent fare to eat and drink - as well as a local artist's gallery - was a real bonus. Thanks, Andy, for a rest stay!
