O quarto não corresponde as fotos. Cadê a cozinha das fotos? Se existem diferenças entre os quartos também deveriam existir fotos correspondentes a essas diferenças. Não é honesto colocar foto de quartos de nível mais alto e omitirem as fotos dos outros quartos. Pelo menos numa coisa eu posso dizer que foram realmente desonestos, pois paguei diária por um quarto triplo executivo, mas fui colocado num quarto duplo executivo que é de 30 a 50 reais mais barato – sei disso, porque na diária seguinte, o duplo executivo estava por 180 e o triplo por 212/dia. Quando reclamei agiram como crianças que foram flagradas: enviaram uma cama. A mesa que preciso para o home office não tinham e com certeza não foi por falta de espaço. Outra coisa que percebi: são muito simpáticos, mas não gostei de nenhum quarto que me destinaram. Frigobar pequeniníssimo e baixo, ruim de se manusear algo. TV só com a programação aberta. Elogios a internet wifi que não foi capaz de salvar o resultado geral. Ainda fiquei no prejuízo de umas presilhas que usei na cortina para que não vazasse tanta luz... eu as esqueci e também não entraram em contato pra avisar, pois ainda estava em Foz do Iguaçu.

O atendimento foi muito bom! Desde o check-in, as informações foram repassadas de forma muito clara e objetivas. Ocorreram apenas 2 problemas no quarto: primeiro, que não tinha nenhuma cadeira e uma mesa ou algo do tipo para trabalhar com o notebook, tive que trabalhar em pé ou com o computador no colo; o segundo foi o chuveiro que, já no primeiro dia, queimou no meio do banho. Até aí, tudo bem, pois pode acontecer! Solicitei imediatamente à recepção o conserto e ficaram de fazer no dia seguinte. Ao chegar do trabalho no dia seguinte, disseram que haviam consertado, mas fui tomar banho e nada do chuveiro ligar. Conclusão: tive que ir jantar tarde da noite, sem tomar banho depois de um dia exausto de trabalho. Após retornar do restaurante, foram lá verificar o chuveiro e constataram que não havia sido consertado. De imediato, liberaram um outro apartamento para que eu tomasse banho. Apesar de ter sido solucionado, houve uma certa demora e todo o invonveniente de ter que esperar. Isso foi frustrante. Também teve um problema com o elevador. Logo após o check-in, tentei subir de elevador e ele veio lotado de palotes de itens de decoração de Natal e ninguém veio junto. Desde então, passei a usar apenas as escadas, pois estava no primeiro andar. No mais, o atendimento foi perfeito e a estadia cumpriu em 70% o que prometeu, eu diria.

O problema não é o hotel em si, ele é bem simples, o problema é que essas fotos nada tem a ver com a realidade, é tudo extremamente simples e precário, até a descarga do banheiro tinha que usar um cabo de escova de cabelo para forçar a descarga a funcionar, vidros do banheiro extremamente sujo, quarto cheio de formigas passeando e assim vai.

Boa noite. Confesso que pelo custo benefício a qual eu precisava...bateu um medo. Mas pra minha surpresa. Hotel extremamente limpo....as roupas de cama estavam impecáveis...tudo simples mas novo e limpo. Sem falar na localização perfeita. !!!!!!! Tem restaurantes, panificadora. Perfeito. Facil acesso a tudo. Voltaremos com certeza absoluta.
