They staff couldn’t do enough to help and were friendly and kind. Even opened up the breakfast buffet 15 minutes early so we could have food before taking our onward bus journey.

O hotel é super antigo, a limpeza deixa a desejar . Café da manhã com bolos duros. Piscina super suja! Não recomendo se você quiser descansar e aproveitar o hotel, mais se for só dormir vale a pena. Para mim ponto principal é o desrespeito com os animais, no fundo do hotel tem um cachorro sofrendo maus tratos. Água verde, ração velha e canil super sujo com fezes de meses. Não recomendo e reclamei na recepção.

O hotel é bom para quem vai somente para dormir. Não tem luxo mas tem o necessário. Quando chegamos o quarto estava bem sujo com restos de batata chips e amendoim no chão. Nós mesmos limpamos. Ficamos 07 diárias e não teve serviço de arrumação do quarto nenhum dia. Mas também não solicitamos. Solicitei somente a troca de toalhas depois de 4 dias. A equipe é educada, café da manhã básico, guardaram a nossa mala sem custo no check out. Gostei e ficaria novamente .

O hotel não forneceu internet como no anúncio, o café da manhã tinha poucas opções e 1 dia serviram presunto estragado. Meu marido passou mal 2 dias, tivemos que ir a outro lugar com internet para poder participar de reuniões. A única funcionária que foi simpática foi uma moça da recepção, os homens que ficavam na recepção são grosseiros e não apresentaram empatia. Não recomendo esse hotel.
