Good value for the price. I was impressed that despite me not knowing English the staff did as much as possible to communicate with us, it was very helpful. I also left my sunglasses by the pool and forgot too the next day and they had them at the front desk. Shower had nice hot water and good pressure too.

Cheap and well located

Centraly located in a very convenient place, near supermarket, central bus terminal, hospital and clinics. Safe, but I wouldn't risk in the dark nights.

Near city terminal and supermarket.

Staying at Manacá Hotel was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. The hotel’s design blends modern comfort with a warm, inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The pool area was a true oasis—surrounded by beautifully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Whether I went for an early morning swim or a refreshing dip in the evening, the water was always pristine and inviting. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. Overall, Manacá Hotel provided outstanding service, a perfect location, and a relaxing environment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Péssima experiência, colchão horrível, banheiro com água que não esquenta bem e tampa do vaso que machuca a perna ao sentar, o hotel não dispõe de nenhum serviço, lavanderia, restaurante, despertador, nada. Café da manhã de baixíssima qualidade tanto em sabor quanto em variedade. Não recomendo para ninguem.

Tive problema logo na chegada pois o controle remoto da TV não estava no quarto e tive que descer duas vezes na recepção para que alguém subisse e conseguisse um controle que funcionava. Telefone do quarto não funcionava, parede do quarto péssimo, mal conservada com reboco estufado. Além disso não arrumaram o quarto. Pessima experiencia!!!

O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas está bem conservado. O quarto era bom, só não gostei do lençol manchado e algumas molas do colchão já estavam cansadas. A equipe do hotel é bem prestativa, mas o modelo do estacionamento é péssimo. A piscina estava limpa e agradável. O café da manhã tinha certa variedade, mas senti falta de ovos mexidos. No geral, nota 4 de 5.

Quarto confortável, espaçoso, lençóis e toalhas de ótima qualidade e bem limpos. Localização muito boa e tranquila, perto de tudo. Pontos negativos: Passei cinco dias e todos os dias o elevador deu problema varias vezes por dia ficava fechado. Cafe da manhã é péssimo, pão seco e ruim, pouca proteína dois dias da semana a proteína era ovo cozido. Não achei legal cobrarem estacionamento, e o sistema de acesso era problemático nao reconhecia a placa do carro tinha que ficar descendo do carro pra ir na recepção ou apresentar um papel no sistema pra ele abrir a cancela. Já me hospedei 3 vezes nesse mesmo hotel. Essa foi a ultima vez. Acho que o estresse do elevador, estacionamento e o cafe da manhã não compensa o custo benefício do valor.
