Mi experiencia hospedándome en el Hotel Tarobá en Foz de Iguazú fue sumamente satisfactoria. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas y limpias. Desde el momento del check-in hasta el final de mi estancia, el personal del hotel se mostró atento, cordial y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Uno de los mayores atractivos del hotel es, sin duda, su ubicación. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica y segura, con fácil acceso a restaurantes y tiendas. El desayuno fue otro punto destacado: variado, fresco y delicioso. El equipo del restaurante también merece una mención especial por su amabilidad y calidad en la atención. Además, muchos de ellos hablan español con fluidez, lo cual hace la experiencia aún más cómoda para visitantes hispanohablantes. En particular, quisiera reconocer a Yuli y Roque, quienes brindan un servicio cálido y cercano que te hace sentir como en casa. El hotel también cuenta con una agencia de viajes interna que facilita la organización de tours y actividades, algo muy práctico para quienes desean conocer las Cataratas y otros atractivos turísticos sin complicaciones adicionales. En resumen, recomiendo 100% alojarse en el Hotel Tarobá. Excelente servicio, comodidad, buena ubicación y un ambiente acogedor. Sin duda, volvería.

The wifi was terrible, the water temperature was not consistent sometimes shower would get lucky warm to cold and sometimes warm to hot. We didnt enjoy shower since most of the time the water was colder than what we expected. The hotel was having issues ants. Front desk sent someone to take care of it. but ants were not just in the room, the gameroom had lots of ants too. I didnt take shampoo and conditioner, but i recommend taking your own conditioner. The little bottle provided by the hotel feels like soapy water enough to wash your hair, it says 2-1 in the bottle, but I didnt feel any conditioner and it made my hair tangle and hard, it was horrible. I had to buy conditioner at the store nearby.

Excellent hotel, a little bit noisy room. The pools needed a refresh and the pool bar doesn not have many options at the menu, we missed fruits or fresh salads... In the other hand, the breakfast was AMAZING!!! with a lot of options every morning, even for celiac and vegans. Excellent staff.

Justo?! Justo seria eu ter ficado numa acomodação que não tivesse tantos problemas como tive. 1° na sexta feira recepção me liga no quarto qdo estava dormindo para saber se foi eu que havia jantado no Hotel. Não sei horário exatamente, mas era mas de 23h com certeza. 2° todos os dias, da 10h às 23h fui obrigado, pelo menos enquanto estive no quarto a conviver com som do Hotel ou da Churrascaria que não era nem de longe ambiente; 3° Como bem sabem, tivemos a visita da Polícia em razão do Show de Pagode em frente à janela do quarto que nos colocaram; 4° como tentativa nos colocaram 2 andares abaixo, mas ainda sim tivemos que tentar ignorar o som, alto do bar; 5° Por fim, ao fazer checkout ainda tentaram me cobrar coisa que não consumi e taxa que em nenhum momento foram indicadas. Enfim, esse é apenas um resumo da infeliz e péssima experiência que tivemos no Hotel, num momento que seria de sossego, descanso e calmaraia. Pelo menos era o que buscava. Retorno a Curitiba com a sensação de descaso, sobretudo do Gerente que ignorou-me, incluise na presença da Polícia, em não tentar minimizar os problemas que havia reportado. Creio que nossos conceitos de justo e injustos sejam bem diferentes, mas certamente tomaremos alguma medidas para minimizar todos os transtornos que eu e minha esposa tivemos.

Entered the hotel and it looked really nice and clean and it was air conditioned, which was nice as it was quite warm and humid outside. Communication was fair but was warm and friendly. After looking around town, it appeared that this was one of the nicer hotels we saw. They had a great breakfast and the room was clean. What we didn't like is there was a plumbing leak in the room accross from ours and water was leaking into the hallway and it was not taken care of. No cones or anything else to warn people of a slippery floor. We also were accused of drinking two bottles of water out of the refrigerator which we never did. We bought water from a local store and never drank their water. We were told it was one of the maids that said we drank it. Made checkout uncomfortable.
