The property is in horrible shape.Rooms are dirty, the state of the rooms is in ruin.We had mice! Mold in the bathroom shower. The sheets had stains on them. Towels had holes on them. Overall the location is great but this property is horrible. Room 119 was a disaster. Had to put the trash in the freezer to avoid mice coming in at night!

Very dirty room, chairs full stains, mold on curtains, tv didnt work, the telephone work, shower was filthy and the shower door didn't properly close. This place should be shut down.

No running water to the room when first arrived, but it did work later. Someone had obviously smoked in the room previously, as there was a strong odor that made it hard to fall asleep. Room/property not in the best condition

Extremely budget

Not what I thought it would be from the pictures. Definitely not an inn or suites but just an old motel. Didn’t expect that quality in Framingham so I booked thinking it would be at least a 2-3 star property but this was a zero star property that maybe does hourly rentals?

We booked a two bedroom suite with 3 beds. We recieved a single room with 2 beds. The bathroom floor was dirty, the cieling cracked and the bathroom window glass shattered (covered by mini blinds).There was a long black hair wrapped around the complimentary shampoo and the complimentary soap box was empty. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people and had to keep requesting more towels. I had to ask for a printed reciept 3 times over 3 days to get a that reciept. The room issue was never resolved and don't expect a follow thru with the manager phone call I was promised. This was a very bizarre experience to say the least. Oh, and you had to use the weight of your body to close the bathroom door and open the room door from the outside. Did we laugh? Yes. But only because we are good sports. This motel should cost $50 per night at most.

The motel room was a good price, and the location is quiet & safe set back from the main road. Yet it still very close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc., all within very close walking or driving distance. The motel lobby & room was outdated and needs some updating & maintenance, but overall decent. The bed was somewhat comfortable, very basic motel mattress & bedding, but there was a wall AC unit to use when needed. The first morning the shower water knob had to be turned all the way on as far as it could go to get the water warm enough. Two days later, I did the same thing and the shower water was scalding hot! Even when I barely turned the knob on (still on the "cold" side), the water was still scalding hot and couldn't stand under the water for 1-2 seconds, not sure why that happened but definitely issue with the water heater.

I’m not a complainer but this was bad. Deferred maintenance everywhere. Guests appeared to be mostly welfare cases, etc. I would seriously consider not representing them unless you don’t care about your corporate representation!

I mean you get what you paid for which is kinda crazy when 100 a night only gets you a local motel. But overall the place was fine, bedsheets had stains but were washed, bath curtain had black blotches of possible mold growing, shower/bath tub would not drain while showering, towels were washed but had massive stains on them, overall the rooms was visibly dirty dusty but nothing unlivable by my expectations. People say the area is a bit sketchy and I can see that but overall I feel like Framingham MA is relatively safe.
