Place is in severe disrepair.. Furniture is as if it came from the dump!! All broken and badly scratched up.. Looks like a place Drug Addicted people live at long term.. All pictures are misrepresented as they look just beautiful.. this is not the case at all… Shows breakfast area with nice pictures and nice tables.. All lies there’s nothing.. If board of health was involved they would be shut down.. This is a very, very old Motel that’s way overpriced for the money and not being represented honestly!! Don’t go there!!

The walls, ceilings and surfaces were chipped, peeling and stained. The bedspread had holes (burns). The front door had broken wood as if it had been jimmied. There was no coffee maker, as listed in "amenities" and the phone was disconnected. Every surface was dusty. Curtains and blinds filthy and broken or hung wrong. Outside also had peeiing paint. There were gnats in my room - in November! Tiles and grout, uneven and dirty. The pictures on the web were incredibly misleading! Left after first night of a two day planned stay, as it was gross and scary. I have many pictures which I do not know how to upload. If you give me phone number I can text them to you. It has to be seen to be believed.

The hotel was decent for the cost. It is very close to Natick mall, which is a nice feature. Rooms are decently clean. The suite has small kitchen, but no dishes , pans, plates, utensils, etc… not sure if that is on purpose or not. In the smaller room, we had to unplug the air conditioner. It is too cold outside to use the AC, and it will not stop running. The manager is very responsive to our requests.

The room was one of the worst. There was a tiny space heater that was dangerous. Door handle to get out the room was broken and was brought to the attendants attention and nothing was done about it. The vending machine didn’t give me change back and attendant did nothing. There was hair in the shower, dead bugs in the walls, broken window shades. Punch marks on the bathroom door. Smelled like old cigarettes. Burn marks on the sheets and couch. Mattress on the stairwell. A good thing were the shops and mall nearby. Great location. Horrible ambiance inside the room. Thank goodness it was one night only. I’ve been to worse but been to plenty better places. Marked as “Inn and sweets” but it’s a motel for sure. Towels were stained. Appliances were plugged into one extension cord. Warning!!!

The room was disgusting, to say the least. The door had clearly been kicked down at some point and had been poorly repaired; the door handle didn’t even work properly and you could see daylight coming through the cracks. No toilet paper was provided (empty rolls left on in the holder) and when I called to ask for some (from my own phone because the room phone wasn’t even connected) they said they wouldn’t bring it to me and I had to go get it, even though there were multiple staff in the office. When I went and got the roll, it was growing mold from under the wrapper. There were cigarette burns and holes in all the blankets, and even a cigarette butt shoved halfway down the sink drain. Even though it was supposed to non-smoking, the whole place reeked like stale smoke. The window didn’t lock so was open to a mall parking lot on the first level that could have been easily entered. The A/C was held in by duct tape. The staff was cold and non-apologetic for anything, and clearly unhelpful. It’s advertised as an “Inn and Suites”, but the sign when you pull in is a “motel”. There were people clearly living in other rooms, had trash and items outside their rooms and were outside at 3am. I have never felt like I needed to leave a review of a place I’ve stayed, and have a pretty high tolerance for non-fancy or “nice” places to stay, but this had to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The pictures and descriptions online are a total catfish.
