The property is divided into three sections the two Trullo and the dependance, all together cover 150 square meters, each unit has its own entrance owner carefully restored the property equipped with elegant furniture; The first independent Trullo consist in a double bedroom with wardrobe, and an elegant bathroom with marble tub for two people, large equipped kitchen which opens to the outside patio set in front of the pool.
The second Trullo is a little diamond of architecture composed of double bedroom in an alcove, wardrobe, and bathroom with shower.
The last section is a delicious dependance of about 60 square meters, with living room, with double sofa bed, fire place, equipped kitchen, from the living is possible to access to the double bedroom with a bathroom with shower.

A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.

There will be an extra fee to be paid in case of late arrival between 20:00 to 22:00 Euro 50.00 and from 22:00 to 24:00 Euro 80.00, it is not admitted arrival after 24:00.
