"Eule" is a charming 4-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering a total surface area of 75 m2 and accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The property was partly renovated in 2021 and features cosy furnishings with wooden furniture throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room of 25 m2, equipped with a flat screen cable TV and a wood-burning stove, with direct access to a large terrace. The open kitchen of 8 m2 is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living area. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 12 m2 features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a separate WC. A shower and WC are also available on this level. The rooms on the ground floor are connected by stairs on a mezzanine level.

The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, hosts 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that add to the character of the space. The first upper-floor bedroom measures 12 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin and access to the balcony.
