If you are looking for a cozy condo 1.5 miles from the beach with a pool you have found it. The condo is a great for work, family or friends. The 1100 square foot space provides 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a screened in porch. The condo is fully equipped for cooking, children and includes linens. The pool a 1 minute walk. Tennis and Pickleball court access. The condo is 5 miles from Ocean City and Dewey, 10 miles to Rehoboth Beach. A great getaway condo.

The condo is located in a community 1.5 miles from Bethany Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. A screened porch for morning coffee or summer meals . The space is ready for families with a pack and play and highchair seat and toys. The pool, open from Memorial Day through the second week of September is right next door! A perfect space for family, friends and making memories at the beach.

You will have access to the entire condo except 1 locked storage closets

I have a key pad entrance that I will send you the code the week before your stay.

Parking right in front of condo in marked spot and any 0 spot.

The pool is open from Memorial Day to the second week of September. There is a $75 charge for lost pool passes.

You are welcome to use condiments and you will find pancake mix and syrup for breakfast. Enjoy!

Parents: toys are available for your children. Please place the toys back in the toy boxe before you leave.

I provide access to the home via keyless system. I am always available by phone or text during your stay.

The home is in a condo development, Bethany Meadows. It is 2 miles to the water and boardwalk. There are people who live in the development all year but most are summer, weekend residents. It is very quiet and children with scooters and strollers are a welcome sight. The neighborhood is very well maintained. Lots of things to do; crabbing, clamming, water sports, shopping at the Outlets in Rehobeth or a trip to Ocean City, (each only 10 miles away) Fenwick, or Historic Lewes and Cape May Ferry . Antique shopping in the small towns inland.

The condo is located 1.5 miles from the ocean. The town trolley does not serve the condo. It is an bike easy ride from the condo or a 5 minute drive. Bring or rent bikes in Bethany. Uber serves the area to Ocean City/Dewey for a night out.

There is no cable TV stream your own subscriptions.
