All 6 units lease Sunday to Sunday during the peak season, and any 2 days in the early summer and fall, and for open peak season dates a few weeks prior. Upper Herring Lake is very quiet. Comes with 4 shared tandem kayaks, 4 youth kayaks, 4 paddleboards, 2 rowboats, lifejackets, shared propane grills, shared 2 washers and 3 dryers, dock, picnic tables, fire rings, swim raft and lily pad. 7 miles to Frankfort and 8 to Beulah. All linens provided, beds made.

60' of sandy beach at the dock area, and a seawall protects the rest of the shore.
Bedrooms are king, king, queen and twin, 2 twins.

Beautiful views from picture windows and private screened in porch overlooking the water, plus a deck upstairs overlooking the lake. Close to Crystal Mountain, Arcadia Bluffs, Baldy and Elberta Dunes, Green Point Nature Trail, Fruit Haven Nature Trail, Arcadia Marsh Preserve, and Upper Herring Lake Nature Preserve. Two washing machines and three dryers are in the attached former bait shop with a locked door.
