This house leases Sunday to Sunday during the peak season, but we can accommodate shorter stays. Upper Herring Lake is an all sports lake but very quiet. Comes with 4 shared tandem kayaks, 4 youth kayaks, 4 paddleboards, 2 rowboats, lifejackets. Shared 2 washers and 3 dryers, but a private dock, picnic table and fire ring, Sandy lake with a swim raft and lily pad. 7 miles to Frankfort and 8 to Beulah. All linens provided, beds made.

60' of sandy beach at the dock area, and a seawall protects the rest of the shore.
Bedroom #1 are king on the lake level, #2 is a king, #3 is a queen and twin trundle bed, and #4 is 2 twins upstairs.

Beautiful views from picture windows and private screened in porch overlooking the water, plus a deck upstairs overlooking the lake. Close to Crystal Mountain, Arcadia Bluffs, Baldy and Elberta Dunes, Green Point Nature Trail, Fruit Haven Nature Trail, Arcadia Marsh Preserve, and Upper Herring Lake Nature Preserve. Two washing machines and three dryers are in the attached former bait shop with a locked door between the laundry area and house.
