This is a fantastic hotel with the absolute best people working in Customer Service that you will ever find! They truly understand what ‘Customer Care’ is all about and to this end they (especially the Receptionist Staff) go above and beyond to make you feel ‘at home’ while you’re away from home; but don’t take my word for it, try it for yourself!😊

The hotel itself is clean, convenient to the Expressway (661) and within walking distance to the city of Offenbach and just across the bridge from Frankfurt am Main. The staff is accommodating, courteous, friendly, and ever so helpful. The area is still under construction and the main street is busy so it can get a little loud, but no so much one can not sleep. The hotel is kept clean and well organized. What I like the most is from time-to-time you can get a real 'Deal' on an overnight stay in what should be a 4-Star hotel. This has become my 'Go-to' hotel whenever I am in Frankfurt am Main in Germany.

Nice clean hotel

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was large by European standards. It is very close to a train station. Only downside is that there is not a lot of amenities.

Too Expensive of a Breakfast

Breakfast was way too expensive at 19 Euros a person. That is rediculous. I ended up paying 38 Euros for breakfast. Too much even for Frankfurt.

Good value for its location. Couldn't get used to lack of central hvac system. Had to keep hotel room windows open for ventilation. No in-room central ventilation.
