We stayed here a few years and the place and staff was amazing. We scheduled transportation from the airport and no one was there to pick us up. Eventually, I found out what happened and the hotel never gave the company our information or number to get in touch with us. Then our rooms had no phones but we were told that the phones would be worked on and then I was told again that the hotel is not going to have phones anymore. The AC was not working in our rooms. Overall the experience and talking to the staff was not good. They told me to write the office to complain. I honestly think it’s ridiculous to not have phones in the room so that you can call if you need anything you have to go to the reception desk they give you one bottle of water for two people. I was highly disappointed. Love the location the rooms are dated but very big. This hotel has a lot of potential maybe under the wrong management right now not sure take the rugs out the rooms so they would look levitated in the lot cleaner and make sure the rooms have phones so that if someone needs something they do not have to walk down to the reception desk.

The Fleming Hotel is beautiful and the staff were great. One thing to be aware of is that parking at the hotel is limited and you are unable to reserve in advance. We were directed to a parking garage a few blocks from the hotel that charged $40 per night. This would have good to know in advance and would have influenced our hotel selection.

Good location great staff

The hotel is as nice and location good. The check in staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately the ac wasn’t working so it was very hot (we weren’t told this until we asked) so had to sleep with windows open which is incredibly noisy not to mention when the bins get emptied early in the am!! Also the carpet looks very tired and dirty. Definitely wouldn’t walk barefoot. The gym could go with an upgrade too although it was quiet and fine for a short stay.
