Great reprieve in convenient spot

Super easy and great spot for train. Fantastically quiet, clean, easy....Only thing is it got warm at night. Adjusted the air but didn't quite matter. I think there may just have been nightime termperature setting in hotel.

Great location

Great location. Being so close to the train station makes it very convenient for business, or just for exploring Germany. The only issue with this hotel is communication. They do not read their messages, neither they answer the phone in the reception. This has always been an issue with this hotel.

Excellent - great location

Disappointed that Hotels.com had messed up our stay but the people at the front desk were great. Very helpful. The local area was a bit sketchy but the hotel was an oasis away from the madness.

The hotel itself is easy to find,just find first platform at Frankfurt HBF there is sign showing direction.Just you'll see hotel upon exiting HBF from yhe first platform. Newly built,nice modern design.Very spacious rooms with high ceilings good bed bedings and bedlinen,fridge,kettle with complementary teabags and coffee,Ideal sound proof,good furniture.Efficient staff,4 quite lifts operating for guests. Beautiful bar downstairs. Spacious dining area for Breakfasts.You get a good choice for your Breakfast.Good quality products and coffee. Definitely reccomend this modern hotel.

We had three rooms reserved, but the hotel did not allow early check-in. I paid for all three rooms, and two of us checked in while the third person was delayed and wouldn’t arrive until the next day. To accommodate her, we left her room key at the front desk so she could check in upon arrival in the morning. However, the hotel gave her room away the night before and never offered reimbursement for the room that was no longer available. We could not get her a room until late the next day.

Great access to main train station! Got there late so restaurant closed but bar open late - nice place to relax. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms!!! Would stay there again - especially as a stop over when travelling by train.

Very nice and clean hotel across from the major train hub! The bartender made great drinks and staff was polite and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel when in Frankfurt

Great hotel. The room was clean and functional. Great value for money. Excellent location too just outside main train station. Plenty of shops in train station. Hotel was self check in and you just dropped the card in the box on the service counter when checking out. Had absolutely zero interaction with any staff member so I don’t know if they are good or not.

If Deutsche Bahn ran hotels…

Booking was not on the system so quite stressful to to arrive after six hour journey and find there was no room booked. No hot water and no warning it would be off.
