Very convenient to the train station. Area is a little run down, but felt safe enough coming to and from places. Staff were lovely with our toddler especially.

Wasted money on an uber not realizing this location was up the street and around the corner from the main haubtenhopf 😭😭😭😭. I could have walked over . First time In awhile a hairless bathroom. No hair on the sheets. Only issue notice machine wasn’t an issue. Didn’t get to try breakfast too tired to get up on time. Was told it was the usual continental breakfast. Did air out my room daily not sure if out of habit or slowly becoming German. Rooms were quiet only heard noise if windows were open. Location was only 10 minutes walk to the market.

The staff here were so nice and helpful. They were able to accommodate us and provide information about the local area. The location is excellent, near the city centre and train station, making all of our stops very walkable. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Very good overall - friendly, helpful staff, clean room and great service throughout the stay. Location in terms of proximity to rail station and many other activities is unbeaten. Access to a variety of cuisines in close proximity and quick walk thru the financial district in the afternoons make is a good location. High value for money!!

Die angebotenen Services waren von hoher Qualität, und das Zimmer war komfortabel und bestens gepflegt. Außerdem ist die Lage ideal: Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, was sehr praktisch ist. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen!

Had to check out early due to fall and need to get to doctors. Would not refund me my money there were no lights in hall. Could not see where you were going. Reported said they could call them in.no air conditioning! I really need my money. I am senior citizen living off social security. I think that horrible. Also charged us to get in early!

A number of homeless people are living on the street. The hotel is clean, great staff and walking distance to the train station and the Römerberg area. The breakfast is also excellent.
