Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und ruhig. Leider ist es etwas abgelegen, mit dem ÖV jedoch gut erreichbar… Die Zimmer sind alle Rollstuhlgängig und dementsprechend eingerichtet. Sprich: die Spiegel, Türgriffe usw. sind tief angebracht was für grosse Menschen wie mich etwas hinderlich ist. Dies soll jedoch kein Minuspunkt sein. Aber für mich mit 2m Körpergrösse war alles etwas tief angesiedelt… 😉

Dieses Hotel mag für 1 bis 2 Nächte okay sein. Für längere Aufenthalte ist dieses Hotel absolut unbrauchbar. Im Zimmer hat es weder Schrank noch Kommode. Hemden kann man an 3 Kleiderbügel bei den Garderoben-Haken aufhängen. Das Zimmer hat kein Telefon. Will man die Reception kontaktieren, muss man ständig aus dem Zimmer. Restaurant bietet ein paar Fertigpizzen an - diese müssen Stück für Stück zubereitet werden. Dadurch sehr lange Wartezeiten, wenn es mehrere Personen sind. Beim Frühstück war durchgehend zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Was nachgefüllt wurde, war noch nass und fleckig. Zimmer werden sehr schlecht gereinigt - es wird auch nicht täglich gesaugt. Bedienung an der Reception tut seinen Job, mehr aber nicht. Ständig eine lange Wartezeit. Self-Checkin-Maschinen funktionieren nicht. Dieses Hotel versucht Modern, Hip und Urban zu sein, was jedoch sehr zu Lasten des Komforts und des Service geht. Im Grunde wären es schöne Zimmer. Das Gesamtbild jedoch, ist mehr als ungenügend. Statt eines trendigen Hotels, habe ich eine überteuerte Jugendherberge angetroffen. Dieses Hotel ist sein Preis nicht wert. Schade.

Kleine Details haben gefallen. Modern und schick. Trotz charmanten Details hat man den Eindruck, dass es für Massentourismus bestimmt ist.
