Room was pleasant and although just out of town it was easy access to Franz Joseph township. Staff and amenities were good laundry available. No sink for washing up, small vanity for that purpose.

Fabulous customer service upon check-in. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quite large. Location is great - just outside of the town centre so very peaceful but close enough to walk

The mattress was very soft. I believe needs updating. Had issues with hot water but after three visits from staff sorted. Expensive for what it was. But paying for amazing view

Staff were courteous, and room was clean. However, some aspects let it down. The units are a lot smaller than they appear in the photographs.We had no.10 and the shower was nothing like as shown on line, it was like something out of the 1950's. The hot tap on the hand basin was loose .and not working and not working
