Ideal family condo for sleeping 9 situated alongside the Fraser River with hiking trail. This 2nd level entry 3 bedroom offers 2 levels with easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants and breweries. The hourly shuttle stop to Winter Park Ski Resort is nearby the main entrance.
The main level has the full kitchen and dining connected to the living room with gas fireplace, TV and access to the private deck. Down the hall is the full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds. Upstairs is another bedroom with a Double sized bed. This bedroom offers an exit to step outside. The open loft area has a Double bed plus a Twin. The ¾ bathroom is on this level.
Common Area Amenities: Coin Laundry and indoor hot tubs, river trail access and green areas in summer season.
Bedding: Queen, Queen, Double, Double and Twin – sleeping up to 9 or perfect for 5 singles.
