Charming one-of-a-kind place with vineyard views. This 100 acre farm compound is only 7 minutes away from fine dining, shopping and wineries. There’s plenty of hot tubs and sitting areas with fire pits to enjoy the stars and even the Milky Way. This listing includes all four homes with 9 total bedrooms, 9 beds and 6.5 bathrooms just steps from one another.

We have 10 Longhorns, 17 Nigerian Dwarf Goats, and 1 Farm cat for petting. (Don’t pet Longhorns, if they swat a fly, you could get swatted)We also have a golf cart for rent to ride around the 100 acres and neighborhood to really get a feel of country living. We have propane grills, fire pits with wood, a Solo Stove fire pit and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Perfect for family reunions and corporate retreats.

100 acres to wander. Petting zoo is assessable by the huge oak tree near the wooden house. Bring regular cheerios if you want to hand feed goats, pony, farm cats and cows. Dolly, the Shetland pony likes apples.

Rent our EZ-Go Golf Cart to enjoy our Hill Country views. $75 a day. Includes charger.

This home is in the middle of Nature and you may see critters like Scorpions, Wasps, Bees, and Black Widow Spiders. Snakes while never seen could be a possibility. We have quarterly pest control and monthly in the summer. No refunds if you encounter pests. You get to exterminate or liberate any pests you see.

We have outside farm cats that lounge around the homes.
Please strip the used beds and take the trash to the trash cans.

Retreat

Beautiful and unique property in the countryside with great places to gather both day and night. Animals roamed the area - goats, cats, etc but respected our space!
