Stay was good but only complaint was that my husband and I are seniors with bad knees and I had to climb onto a chair to reach the A/C. This is very dangerous. There should be a remote to control the A/C.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hallways seemed original in terms of decor and were very stale. Cleanliness of the room was satisfactory but the A/C unit in room was very loud. Bed was old and worn out structurally and not conducive to a good night’s sleep.

We arrived at the property around 4:35 pm. That is past their check-in time, which starts at 3:00 pm. We had booked the executive suite, which was supposed to be on the second floor, and with a window. Upon arrival, we were informed that we were assigned another room. The clerk at the desk said that our new room was better. In fact, it was not. It was a room at the very back of the hotel. It did not have a single window. The room was very dated. With a washroom that does not lock, and a sink that is outside of the washroom. The bedsheets were dirty, as were the towels. I developed hives as my body easily reacts to allergens. The kids complained constantly about the dirtiness of the place, and how the AC was spewing dust. The swimming pool, and the hot tub were not clean either. We did enjoy the fact that they had a restaurant on site, and a pool table, which my husband and kids enjoyed playing at. Even the restaurant, bar, and pool tables were quite dated and seemed pretty dirty as well. A fact that was conveniently hidden by the very dim lighting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, but if you will go there, there may be a few things you will enjoy, despite all the negatives.

It was very close to everything but but then there was charges for dog on you're prices and then they charges for the dog on the arriving which seems like they're double charges for things, plus the parking lot is very conjested with room for bigger vehicles like truck which i drive

The room was amazing. The in room jacuzzi was great although it splashed a lot of water that we cleaned up :-). The foyer of the hotel was very modern but the hallways getting to the room were quite dated and there were several smells from the carpets. We enjoyed having an all you can eat breakfast included. The sausages and eggs were not hot enough though. This was from first thing when they breakfast area opened. The staff were kind and happy to assist whenever needed.

Yes, so close to everything!

It was an amazing experience and the staff was such a helpful, I should say empathetic or courtesy. I went through a hard time, I love to just go knowing that I can fully relax in a safe surrounding and close to all. It was an amazing experience, I just wish I had stayed longer! Thank you so much.
