The house was sooo clean and well furnished Matt was the perfect host. Access to the beach was right over the sand dunes. On the deck, we could hear the sound of the waves crashing ashore! It was a perfect location for beach lovers!

The house is front row facing the beach with stairs up and over the dunes to the beach. We also used our truck to transport the larger and heavier beach items for the beach setup for the day. The home was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed with lots of pots and pans for cooking-in and a blender for frozen drinks. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft with plenty of pillows. We loved the large covered porch for morning coffee and cocktails after a day on the beach. The only negative was the low water pressure in one of the bathroom showers but the men and kids mostly used the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay at this home again next year! It was a truly wonderful weekend!

Absolutely perfect vacation home in Surfside!

We’ve stayed in many beach houses in Surfside, and this home has been our favorite. It’s ideal for combining multiple families in one home.Location - perfect! It’s beachfront and literally steps from the Gulf. Main part of the house - the kitchen is phenomenal! By far the best- stocked rental we’ve ever had. Also has plenty of seating between the living room, dining room, and kitchen island. The AC work wonderfully. There’s even a dehumidifier for those extra-humid days. Bedrooms - all offer plenty of bedding and pillows. There are also great fans available in all the bedrooms. Bathrooms - the 2 full bathrooms are very clean and accommodate large families. Also, the washer and dryer worked great. Plenty of towels available to use. We can’t wait to book this beach house again!

Great Escape

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, well stocked and was the perfect size for two families traveling together. The location of this house can't be beat. You are right at the beach and it was so easy to go from the beach to the house for any needed items. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the waves. Communication with the hosts was prompt and appreciated. I hope we can stay here again.

Will definitely be coming back. The house is very nice and clean. Very easy access to the beach, either by walking or driving access to the beach. The beach entrance for vehicles is just a couple of streets over. But you need a beach tag for your car.
