Peaceful escape right on the bay next to 300 acres of natural woods and beach. Tucked in the back of a neighborhood 20 mins from Destin and 30 mins from 30a (depending on seasonal traffic). Property has a dock with a built in hammock and swings as well as a fire fit out back. Amazing sunrise views and plenty of natural wildlife such as dolphins and eagles. A beautiful 16ft cedar table will hold your entire family under the porch. Large property for kids and pets to run and play with a ramp down to the beach for paddle boarding and kayak access. The Boat ramp is also just 2 miles up the road and plenty of room in the driveway to store your boat. Yard games such as corn hole and badminton provided.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Choctawhatchee Bay. Laundry facilities are available. In-room jetted baths and 3.5 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.
