I do not recommend this property. The buffet was the worse I have ever seen in all my travels. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. The property charged my credit card for stuff I never bought. The restaurants on-site were unavailable for 10 out of my 14 days. Other guests at the property were also complaining of feeling “scammed”. You will feel the same way. Hence, avoid this property at all costs.

Beautiful ocean view from our room which was bright and clean. All staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet was hit or miss. Restaurant food was better. Fun activities, but the bikes should be trashed. Many with no brakes or pedals. The pool was so murky. I chose not to swim in it.

The beach was super. You can walk for miles. The buffet food would be great if it was hot. The restaurants were great. Only had a 32" TV in the room and the picture was all fuzzy and was never fixed. Reserved a room with a king bed and got two queen beds.

Room curtains had mold and so did the pillow covers. Did complain and they were going to replace it but nobody showed up to take care of it. The beach was incredible! Buffet food was meh, restaurant food was excellent. Rooms were in OK condition, but shower was spotty with the water pressure and temperature. The beds were not very comfortable. But I came for the beautiful beach, and was beyond pleased with it.
