This is a private back studio unit in a peaceful and convenient North Fresno Neighborhood. Newly remodeled and stylish studio space adjacent to trendy restaurants. Perfect for singles or couples in short or long-term stays.

Stream your favorite media on large flat screen and enjoy fast WiFi while mapping out your adventures or remote working. Easily cook meals in a complete kitchen with oven/stove, coffee maker, full refrigerator and cute dining table for two.

Newly remodeled, the bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, tile backsplash and hair dryer. AC split keeps you at your optimal temperature and a cozy queen bed provides restful sleep. Plus there's a full size washer and dryer, so no hauling laundry to the laundromat. Pet’s are welcome here, please read our policies below for more and please note this is the back unit of a front house rental.

Parking accommodates one that can park in front of the studio.

Guests have the entire studio to themselves and can park one car in front of the unit. Please be mindful of the front unit that is a separate rental. This will not affect your stay on the property and is a self-contained 2/BD home. Contact-less check in is provided by keypad.
