Conveniently located near downtown and next to Outdoor social bar/eatery, room was clean and cool. Only downside was the electricity didn't work on the wall that housed microwave and coffee pot so wasn't able to warm up left overs.

I must've booked on a party weekend? There was some guy singing at the top of his lungs on one side of me, and a questionable party on the other side. I needed to step out, bit one of the party goers was sleeping between my door and my parking spot. I had to call the desk for help. And it took her a while to make him go back into his room.

This was a amazing spot to stay it was close to everything and 2 drive ways down was a amazing restaurant with great food and service. The room was amazing at a great price. We are definitely staying here every time we stay 8n clovis.
