Although it was quiet and serene outside (from what I could see) the exterior was good. However, inside could have been much better. I had a room with a front porch area (2 chairs and a small table...it had a used ashtray with some cigarette butts in it). Inside the thermostat instructions stated to not tamper with it although the room temp never rose above 67 deg. and the heater was on. Neither of the bedside lamps worked...I finally discovered one wasn't plugged in and there was no outlet available. The other one was inoperable. The TV had no stations worth watching since most of them were old sitcom reruns. The bed although clean and well made up was hard and uncomfortable. I didn't complain because I'm not a complainer; I just dealt with it. On an up note: the room was clean and well supplied with towels, soap, shampoo etc.

Okay I checked in at 3 pm just like many people I did not check the condition of the room. I went out with family and friends, went I got back a bought 11:20 at night my room was 64 degrees went I tray to turn the heater on it wouldn’t work , then I call the office and they toll nothing they can do about it because they did not have any more rooms. My? Is why they don’t have technicians 24 /7 for this situation in November. That’s why I rate it 1 Then the TV wouldn’t work ether.

The checkin was smooth and the room and gardens are exceptional..indeed a beautiful garden. We loved our stay but they can upgrade the beds for a 100 percent grade! It was an otherwise perfect stay...found it by accident and was so surprised Fresno had such a wonderful hotel!!!! Will stay again if passing through

Room was clean. Staff are very nice. The grounds are amazing with citrus trees and flowers everywhere! The only issues were mosquitoes in our room, and dead flowers and fruit which if cleaned up would make this place amazing.

Friendly staff, quiet area, good value, decent room in low rise buildings, and breakfast for less money than most. Pet fee $25 USD like most others, some wear and tear in the room but linens were nice. Some spots on walls need a little more cleaning. Double queen suite (755 s.f.) has kitchenette with full fridge, microwave, single serve coffee maker but no dishes, just the disposable coffee cups. A tv in livingroom area and another big tv in the bedroom. Cable worked fine. We did not try the pool and hot tub but it is a cute resort style setup in centre of the buildings near the office. Waffle maker, bagels, sausage and scrambled eggs, cereals, juice and yogurt offered. Coffee was ok a bit of grinds nwere

We booked on hotels.com. After a long flight we arrived and there was no record of our reservation. They said we could pay a higher price and try to sort it out in the morning. We ended up driving straight to Yosemite and camping just outside the park.
