The guest can use the whole interior and exterior of the home within the House Rules/Manual and County/City guidelines and local ordinances

Guests can access the whole house, we do have a closet that is for management and locked during your stay.

The app is always available to correspond, M-F 9-6 is our normal business hours. We have a 24/7 answering service for your needs before/after hours or on weekends.

The bus terminal is near by but Tulare country supports ride sharing services.

Nice place, but...

We initially liked the place and concept. It was wide open and gave us the space we needed inside and out. We appreciated the outside seating and washer / dryer. But the lack of basics really started to show. One dish towell. No paper towels. No wash rags. Not enough kitchen utensils to cover our 4 travelers. Windows without blinds to block out the large amount of outside light. My wife showered and walked a short distance across the hardwood floor and her feet were dirty. No extra blankets. Broken toaster. These items are an easy fix if the owner is around snd routinely checks the property. Again the space could be a star. The location to town snd sequoia make it ideal.
