The security gate to the parking lot and the security doors into the buildings were all open to any who tried to access them. Room is decent at best. Breakfast was fair. No meat or potatoes

The receptionist Dolores wrongfully deducted $30 from my deposit because a towel was dirty and I had to clean the bathroom floor because housekeeping never showed up! Since it is not my fault, the housekeeping never showed up and I stayed in two days, then I want my $30 refunded. I should not be having to clean it myself, especially because I am disabled. Dolores and Windham Ramada violate the Americans With Disabilities Act by failing to provide adequate help and cleanliness, especially since housekeeping did not show up and did not change the towels and the towels that dirty because housekeeping has been failing for a long time to mop the floors. They say they do what they did not. Imagine how dirty the whole hotel must be especially in the bathroom, sir if I don’t get my $30 back, I’m calling the health department.
