Welcome to Retro Ranch! This spacious 70s-style home sleeps your crew in comfort with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and room to spread out. Catch a movie in your private theater with huge projector and surround sound by the fireplace. Splash in the pool, soak in the hot tub, challenge friends to Pac-Man or many of the other games provided. Bring your pup—we`re dog-friendly! Perfect for families and friend groups seeking fun and relaxation.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING (Sleeps 8+)
Primary Suite: Sink into your king-sized bed with luxury linens, enjoy your own ensuite bathroom with a relaxing sunken shower, walk-in closet, workspace, TV, and slider doors that open right to the backyard.

Bedroom 2: An adult-sized bunk bed with a cozy queen on bottom and twin XL up top, plus a charging station for all your devices, closet, dresser.

Bedroom 3: Comfy queen bed, dresser, clothes hanging racks, and a large desk with printer for anyone who needs to catch up on work.

Additional Sleeping: We`ve got you covered with a pack n play for littles, a full-size air mattress, and our huge plush modular sectional in the theater room that`s perfect for movie night snoozing.

ENTERTAINMENT SPACES
Theater Room: Kick back on our oversized sectional next to a cozy fireplace. Enjoy movies or your favorite show on a massive 120` projector with surround sound, Roku, DVDs, and an Xbox.

Living Room: Another great hang-out spot with a large 4K TV, with Roku, a dock for Nintendo Switch (Switch not included) and plenty of comfy seating for everyone.

Game Central: Challenge your crew to Pac-Man on our vintage arcade game or dive into our collection of board games and activities for all ages.

BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY
The primary suite has its own bathroom with a luxurious sunken shower. Our guest bathroom features a deep soaking tub and a large double vanity. We provide soaps, shampoos, and lots of little extras for travelers to feel right at home. Need to freshen up your clothes? The laundry room has a stackable washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets all ready for you.

KITCHEN
Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need: double oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge, gas range, and filtered water from both the sink and fridge. Help yourself to our coffee and tea station, and pull up a barstool at the peninsula to chat with whoever`s cooking up something delicious. We`ve stocked this kitchen with all the cookware, gadgets, and spices you`ll need.

DINING
Multiple options available! The dining room has seating for 6. The peninsula has seating for 3. The outdoor patio has seating for 6.

OUTDOOR OASIS
Step outside to your private retreat! Dive into our large, sparkling pool and soak under the stars in our brand new Hot Springs jetted hot tub. Fire up the BBQ, dine al fresco under the covered patio with a large family-sized table. Relax on our pool loungers and floats.

We have fruit trees (grapefruit, tangerine, plum, peach) and a veggie garden (blueberries, tomatoes, herbs, asparagus, peppers, and cucumbers)—please pick and enjoy whatever`s ripe! There`s nothing like fresh produce from the Central Valley.

YOUR PUP IS WELCOME!
We`re dog-friendly and happy to host one furry friend (just ask before booking additional pets). We`ve set up a feeding station, comfy dog bed, pooper scooper, and treats so your pup feels right at home.

PARKING & ACCESS
Park easily with space for 3 cars in our driveway, plus plenty of free street parking on our wide, quiet street. (The garage is not available for guest use)

A FRIENDLY SAFETY NOTE
Our pool and hot tub aren`t fenced, so please keep an eye on little ones and anyone who`s not a confident swimmer. No running on the pool deck—let`s keep everyone safe!

The entire private property is available to guests except for the garage which is off limits to guests.
