Set amidst the stunning backdrop of the Monferrato hills – a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its wine-growing landscapes – this elegant villa combines the charm of rustic Piedmontese style with modern comfort. Every room has been designed with meticulous attention to detail, featuring a rustic yet elegant design that showcases traditional materials, a warm atmosphere and refined spaces. The spacious indoor and outdoor areas make it ideal for families, groups of friends and holidays dedicated to relaxation, nature and socialising.

The large living room is the heart of the villa, a spacious and welcoming space where you can spend pleasant moments together. It is furnished with a large sofa, a comfortable sofa bed, a spacious dining table perfect for sharing breakfasts, lunches and dinners with friends, and an elegant TV unit with a 65-inch television, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a film together after a day exploring Monferrato.

🍳 Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to provide guests with everything they need during their stay. It features a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee machine, as well as all the utensils needed to easily prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners to share.

It features a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk, creating a functional space even for those who need a dedicated area for work or study.

A cosy bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed, a television and a handy walk-in wardrobe – ideal for keeping your belongings neatly organised – as well as access to the balcony.

The villa’s master bedroom, spacious and with attention to detail, features a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, as well as a rocking chair with a view of the outdoors, ideal for moments of pure relaxation.

An ideal solution for large families or groups, it features six single beds, a chest of drawers, drawers and a wardrobe, ensuring space and comfort for all guests.

Equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin, it offers everything guests need for their daily comfort.

A space dedicated to relaxation, with a spa bath and pleasant access to the balcony, where you can enjoy moments of tranquillity.

Finally, the villa has a private garage, offering added convenience and security during your stay.

In accordance with Article 109 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

The booking price quoted prior to confirmation includes, depending on the nature of the individual stay, a charge for accommodation and a charge for ancillary services related to the booking and stay, such as cleaning, administration, support, platform/brokerage fees and related services.

The breakdown between accommodation and ancillary services may vary for each stay and will be specified in the tax/accounting documentation provided. 

Before your arrival, I will make sure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom, I also inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide our guests with any kind of food even just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.

Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €1000 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.

Exclusive Villa with Swimming Pool and Tennis Area offers its guests an arcade/games room and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
