702 Whiting offers the best of all worlds! This exceptional second-row home boasts ocean views, is directly across from beach access, and is centrally located on the island near Fripp’s best beach area and all island amenities.
Enjoy your private pool with a cabana and outdoor TV, perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends and family. Inside, the home is beautifully appointed with an open floor plan, a vaulted ceiling over the great room, and a loft overlooking the living space. The home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, providing plenty of room for everyone.
The main level includes two bedrooms, a half bath, the kitchen, dining area, and a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen offers ample cabinet space and updated appliances, including a wall oven and two islands, one with a built-in cooktop. For added convenience, there is also an additional refrigerator in the laundry area. Both the dining room and living room feature sliding glass doors that open onto the wraparound porch, providing easy access to ocean views and outdoor living. The living room includes a large sectional and a big-screen TV above the fireplace—perfect for movie nights or relaxing together. The main-level sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with deck access and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting to a bedroom with twin bunk beds and a trundle. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, a loft area, and more entertainment space. The loft features a futon and TV for added flexibility. Across the hall is a queen bedroom with a TV and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms upstairs offer private en-suite bathrooms. One features a king bed, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, a double vanity, and private deck access. The other offers two queen beds, a TV, deck access, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
Additional highlights include interior access to the garage, ample parking, and a wraparound porch with a spacious deck—ideal for sunbathing, entertaining, or enjoying ocean breezes.
A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation.
