Perfectly positioned near the heart of Fripp Island, this inviting coastal retreat sits on an oversized lot just a short stroll from the beach. Guests can easily walk to one of the nearby beach accesses, as well as popular island amenities including the Beach Club, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Directly across the street, the marsh offers a beautiful backdrop for evening sunsets, adding a touch of Lowcountry magic to the home’s already ideal location.
Inside, the home offers a bright and comfortable layout designed for relaxing island living. The main level features the primary bedroom along with a spacious living area that flows easily into the dining space and kitchen. A vaulted ceiling above the dining area creates an open, airy feel, while large windows and a charming window seat provide peaceful views and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is conveniently arranged with a breakfast bar and sink that keeps the cook connected to the conversation happening in the living and dining areas.
Upstairs, an additional guest bedroom opens onto a private balcony, offering a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee or take in the coastal breeze. In total, the home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, comfortably accommodating up to six guests across four beds. The layout provides just the right balance of shared gathering spaces and private retreats.
The primary on the main floor has a king bed and ensuite bath as well as access to a half bath which is also accessible from the living area. The second floor has 2 additional guest rooms and another full jack-n-jill bath. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.
Step outside and you’ll find one of the home’s most special features: a natural, low-maintenance backyard that feels like your own private island sanctuary. Native plants and mature trees create a peaceful setting where you can unwind and listen to the sounds of coastal wildlife. A newly added fire pit invites guests to gather in the evenings, swap stories from the day’s adventures, and enjoy the laid-back rhythm of island life.
Four-legged family members are welcome too, making it easy for everyone to join in the fun. With its central location, thoughtful layout, and relaxing outdoor space, this home offers the perfect base for a memorable Fripp Island getaway.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
