Downtown Frisco home on the 10 Mile Creek offers the best of both worlds. We have the convenience of being walking distance to this very dog friendly town, yet, set on the 10 Mile Creek, and surrounded by gorgeous tall Aspens, Blue Spruce, and Mountain Views. Fall asleep to the sound of the river flowing into Lake Dillon. For skiers, Copper Mountain is a 6.6-mile drive or 3 min walk to the bus that runs every half hour and is about a 12 min ride. You can also easily explore nearby Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. Parking and access are a breeze considering the house is at ground level steps from the driveway.

Two decks and lower patio can be used for enjoying meals, cocktails, views, etc. The homes' 3 bedrooms feature new mattresses and soft comfy linens. The upper level has two bedrooms that share a full bath and the lower level serves as a master suite with full bath. To sleep 3 more kids or adults, there is a self inflating queen air mattress, folding twin & sheets located in the bedroom closet that can be located where needed.

Comfortable leather couches, and a 55" Roku TV with Comcast cable make the homes living room a perfect place to relax after a hike or a bike ride around the lake. Easily access all of your entertainment subscriptions on Roku. An open living area with a full kitchen and island/bar as well as a dining table provide ample space for dinners, breakfast and conversation. High speed wireless service keeps you connected to the outside world.
