The holiday home, built in 2006, offers modern comfort and warmth thanks to an energy-saving heat pump and underfloor heating in all tiled floors. Additionally, there is a cozy wood-burning stove, perfect for chilly evenings. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with double beds, and the last one with a bunk bed. There is also a crib and a high chair for the youngest guests.



For those who love cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – including a fridge, induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The holiday home has both a bathroom with a shower and an additional guest toilet. After a day of fresh sea breezes, you can relax in the sauna or the indoor spa, which accommodates two people.



The summer house is situated on an 800-square-meter natural plot, just 200 meters from the sea. Here you will find a large 90-square-meter terrace, as well as a covered 70-square-meter terrace – perfect for enjoying both the sun and the shade. There is also a swing for the children and ample parking space at the house.



Inside, there are plenty of entertainment options with a TV, DVD player, radio, and CD player. The house has access to wireless internet, as well as Danish and German TV channels.
