The house, built in 1973, offers a good mix of modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere, making it an obvious choice for families or small groups of up to 4 people. The spacious natural plot of 2500 square meters, provides plenty of space for both play and relaxation, and here there is room to enjoy nature to the fullest.



The total house area of 100 square meters, is nicely furnished with two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, which provides flexibility to meet different needs. The house is perfect for a family with children and offers both a high chair and a cot, so the little ones can sleep safely and comfortably.



The bathroom of the summer house has a toilet, shower and bathtub, as well as underfloor heating, which ensures a pleasant temperature all year round. 



The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Here you will find a microwave, oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer capacity of 100 liters. A tumble dryer and washing machine, make it easy to keep clothes clean and fresh, during your stay.



The living room is the central gathering point in the house. Here is a flat-screen TV, that offers both Danish and German TV, as well as wireless internet for entertainment and communication. For music, there is a radio and a CD player, and you can easily stream your favorite programs via Chromecast. In addition, there is a wood-burning stove in the hallway, that adds a cozy atmosphere on cold evenings.



Outside there is a lovely terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or barbecue in the evening. The terrace is surrounded by a lovely natural plot that includes a fire pit, swings and a sandbox for the children - perfect for fun and play. The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying the fresh air and beautiful nature.
