bed is uncomfortable

The bed is uncomfortable and the couch bed has a metal rod through the center. We both had back pain after our night's stay here.

Cute little place

Overall, nice little place. Very clean! Comfortable bed. Couch bed was a little uncomfortable per my son. Wish it was 2 bedroom instead of just 1. The toilet is loose in the bathroom so that needs repairs. Would stay here again if a 2 bedroom place wasnt available.

Perfect spot in Fruita

We stayed at this adorable bungalow for 2 nights in September , as we were attending a wedding in Grand Junction . It was decorated so nicely , was spotlessly clean , with a well appointed kitchen . The bed was so very comfortable . The location was perfect .It is just a few blocks from coffee shops , a brewery , a cafe and a bike shop . The owner Nicole was very helpful and accommodating Would highly recommend .

The property was clean and in great shape. Fantastic host - responded to all inquiries immediately. Location was excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone. BTW - our first VRBO stay. Great way to start!
