Amazing new build apartment located in the most prestigeful new built urbanization on the Costa del Sol: Higuerón West! Living in this apartment is a luxurious experience with all amenities you may desire, brand new furniture.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open kitchen concept with dining area and livingroom. The livingarea opens up to a large terrace with the sensation of the two spaces integrating in two one large space. You will love it! From the terrace you have nice view of the communal pool area. Pool opening periods can change from one year to another, so please ask if the pools are open before booking. Pools will be open on the 1st of June 2024, but we do not know yet when they will close.

Furthermore you have the option to book into the amazing sports club just next door, or book a treatment in the lovely spa connected to the Hilton hotel. The area of El Higuerón is one of the most popular on the coast. Just down the hill, two kilometers away, you have the long beach promenade of Fuengirola, full of bars, restaurant, shops, and of course an amazing sand beach. In the same area, called Carvajal, you also find popular restaurants and beach bars such as Trocadero, Gecko Beach Shack and La Cubana - you'll feel the summer vibes! Not to forget that the Carvajal train station is less than 2 km away and gives you very easy access both to the airport, shopping and not least Málaga City Centre.



Late Check-In

If you plan to arrive outside the standard check-in hours, please let us know in advance. We offer a late check-in with meet & greet to make your arrival as comfortable and simple as possible.
