Holiday Home 'Beach Terraced House Close Town' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

New townhouse 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to the town of Fuengirola. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living room with open kitchen. Fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. Communal pool and children's pool, exercise room and sauna.



The space

The house is on 3 floors. The top floor has a large roof terrace where you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. On this floor you have a couple of sunbeds, lounge furniture and a dining area.

1 floor consists of 3 bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 bedroom has 3 single beds so there can be 7 people in total. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

On the floor where we have the entrance, there is a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. On this floor you also have a toilet and access to another terrace with dining area, BBQ and a smaller area with 2 sunbeds.

There is air conditioning cold and hot throughout the home. Wifi and TV channels in almost all languages.

There is a shared pool and a children's pool. Common free exercise room and sauna.

There is private parking in front of the property, but there is also free parking on the road.

You have access to the entire home except the basement, which is locked.

One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as the property is in a residential area.
