This is an absolutely fantastic hostel, very high standard and always recommend!
If I had one suggestion it would be to make the men's and women's bathrooms more clearly signed because women kept walking into the men's shower room while in there! 😅
really clean and safe! really enjoyed my stay here and its right in the town centre! not too social but thats fine for me and its not as dire as some of these reviews may have you think aha, theres a common area with self service for drinks and snacks, a couple people from my dorm went down there to hang out each night and seemed to have a good time!
Enjoyed my stay for 3 days. Really clean and convenient. Friendly staff.

Good little hostel in the middle of Füssen. We stayed in the King of Dreams suite with a double bed. Very small room but it worked for a short stay. At first we didn’t know if our door to our room locked but eventually we realized we were to grab our key from the downstairs, would like if this was included in the check in instructions with all the other info. There is a separate male and female washroom. Female washroom had one toilet and two showers. Personally wish there were two toilets but that’s not something you can change easily. Overall was decently clean and felt safe. Unfortunately the neighbouring house has a loud bird that squawks a lot, made it hard to sleep but that’s not the hostels fault, but maybe something to consider if you are a super light sleeper.

Very small room...no space at all.
The beds are not comfortable.
Location is good
DEFINITELY THE WORST IN MY LIFE!!!!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO HOSPITALITY!!
VERY CHEAP ACCOMMODATION, IT IS A TUNA CAN ROOM WITH A BEDELEVATED LIKE A BUNKER BED WITH A VERY DANGEROUS LATTER WHICH THEY NEVER MENTION!!
JUST TO CHECK-IN WAS AN ORDEAL WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS! MR. NO SERVICE DANIEL ASSUMED THAT I RECEIVED SUCH INSTRUCTIONS ASS-UMED!!
NEVER ABLE TO TALK TO ANYONE, ONLY BY TEXT MESSAGE!!
I WOULD NEVER GO THERE EVEN IF I GET PAID!!!
THE VERY WORST NIGHTMARE ACCOMODATION IN MY LIFE!!!
THEY ARE NEVER OPEN ZERO CUSTOMER!!
THEY DON'T CARE!!!!!
It was economical and the only game in town. There is 1 bathroom per floor of potentially 8 people, at least. There is no kitchen. There are a bank of small lovers in the hallway, but no security in the rooms.

Not the ideal situation for a family of 5 adults (all in one room with bunk beds) shared bathroom in the hall. Clean and pleasant.
Small but very comfortable hotel. Although reception only opens after 16:00 - we were able to drop our luggage and return later after our visit to the castles. Great value for money.
The room was very small. The double bed was small and only accessible by ladder. The ladies lounge had 1 toilet and 2 very small showers. It was not very easy to find. Had to park a distance away. I would not recommend this hostel for anyone over the age of 20. Room rate was high for a hostel w/ little charm .
People are nice there. The bed is also comfortable. Free bed sheet would be provided. Great. I love the common area.

This is a great little hostel for those en route to Nuschwanstein or doing other activities in the area. The hostel is clean with the main area separate from the rooms so you can sit and talk without disturbing anyone. The rooms are clean and hostel expectations are reasonable for keeping things tidy and safe.
Fussen is a nice small town and Christian, the owner of the hostel is friendly and has lots of tips about getting around and will give you a rental bike if needed. Laundry is available. The breakfast was really nicely prepared.
I recommend this hostel highly if you are going towards the mountains.
Very comfortable experience!
My heart goes out to the dude who was running this place. He was obviously alone, and he obviously doesn’t love the service industry - many things seemed like an inconvenience to him. The room was clean, but I think a 4pm check in is too late, and you have to hike a LOT of stairs to get to the room or use the restroom
It's really, really, really small. The wife hated that the womens bathroom and showers were a floor below us. The mens showers and bathroom was on my floor, but the bathroom/showers were amazingly small. Parking was difficult (A Fussen problem, not necessarily the fault of the hostel). It's nowhere near the castles. I get that it's a Hostel (I stay in hostels all the time), but the cost vs delivery just didn't add up....it would have been better to stay in Munich and travel via train.
Cozy and charming little b&b feel. Very nice staff. For a dorm room it was the most well made beds on my entire euro trip. Like I was at a diss ski chateau. Breakfast was ready and lid out for me on table in morning. I met a few other travellers and talked over a few beers that we bought across the street after bar was closed. Magical
Great location, incredibly nice and accommodating hotel clerk. The breakfast was great! There is street noise because the room is directly above the small street, but it isn't a crowded street and far enough away from the main tourist streets.
