A very cold room and don’t feel safe. The door faces a hallway but the hall way was in a kind open air hallway, the cold air comes through the door gap. No where to hang a towel and no where to put toiletries. The air conditioner is not working, when turns high temperature, the room never heats up, so at night it is so cold and hard to sleep. I would not recommend to anyone who basically wants a warm and useful room even it is cheap.

고후쿠마치역에서 도보로 2~3분 거리이고 고후쿠마치 5번 출구쪽에 큰 슈퍼마켓이나 드럭스토어도 있고 이용하기 편리합니다. 그리고 숙소 바로 근처에 로손 편의점이 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 하카타역까지도 도보로 충분히 가능한 거리입니다. 교통 입지는 매우 좋다고 생각합니다. 체크인이 간단하지만 숙박인원의 정보를 너무 많이 입력해야 하는게 시간 소요가 많이 되어 살짝 불편했습니다. 객실은 크고 침대가 여유 있으며 깨끗했습니다. 다만, 객실 바닥이 나무합판 같은게 깔려있는지 퉁퉁 소리가 심하게 나며 위층 객실에서 걷거나 짐을 떨어뜨리는 소리가 너무 심하고 크게 울립니다. 대부분의 모든것들이 좋았으나 위에서 단점으로 말한 객실내 바닥 문제로 층간소음이 심해 여행중 편안한 잠자리와 휴식은 어려웠습니다.

テレビが故障でつかなかったですが特に観なかったので関係ありませんでした。古いビルのリノベーション案件ですのでそれが気にならない方には良いと思います。入り口扉の建て付けが悪かったので鍵が閉めにくかったのが気になった点です。

交通超级便利，从福冈机场坐地铁十几分钟就到达呉服町站，下车走5分钟就到了。酒店周边安静中不失热闹，门口有罗森，还有好多好吃的餐厅。斜对面的拉面店很推荐，好多人排队。酒店设备都是崭新的，预约之前看到没什么评价，还有点担心，好像因为是新开业的酒店。所以评价还比较少，但住下来觉得性价比很高！酒店员工们都很热情，可以用英文，韩语，中文和日语交流，太感谢了！下次来福冈会再过来。
