Its in a quiet neighborhood. Subway is a 10 min walk and theres restaurants around. I would recommend the ramen place and pizza pazza. When you walk out the door make a right. Its there in sight. Also, if u make a left and another left on the main street theres a great bakery parissier h.okamoto.

Staff were very helpful, thankfully they let us into the room a couple of hours early. Quiet room, free wine drinks in the late afternoon. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here twice with a cycling group. The staff were very helpful and friendly, assisting us with the storage of our bike boxes in-between stays. Facilities are basic but represent great value for money. Good location and parking available onsite.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. While the breakfast options are limited, it provided enough fuel for our activities. The area is an ideal location for sightseeing, with a train station, buses, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. The room size is good by Japanese standards. My room was very big, especially for one person. The hotels I usually stay in are small and compact so I was surprised by the size of the room. One overall thing I found a bit lacking was not providing new trash bags each day. It might have been because I didn't put the trash can itself outside of my room, but I ended up having to use one of my own plastic bags as a trash can. Other than that, the service was great and the room was nice! I recommend staying here when you are in Hakata!

Great property. Big room. First property that I stayed at that allowed for tv to mirror phone so I could watch my movies! Great service. I request extra pillows and received it. Good check out time
