Nice place with some limitations

The room was good-sized, but without a closet. The beds were comfortable. There were many nearby restaurants, but the hotel did not have a place for dinner dining. Although the atrium was spectacular, the room was grim—almost no color except gray, black and tan.

Property was nice but the staff not so much. Literally no one spoke English, I know we’re in a different Country but I’d expect at least someone. Had to use translate app to talk to all staff and there were major miscommunications. Because of this and the fact they nickel and dime you for everything I would not stay here again.

Why Not breakfast buffet was excellent they even put out sashimi and steak 👻. Gym open 24 hours, it was the first time a saw a blood pressure machine there and it worked.There was a family mart store right outside the hotel very convenient. Hakata station 10 minutes by walk away bountiful dining options around this area.

Check in was fast and efficient. The Why Not breakfast buffet was great so many options including steak and sashimi 👻. Gym was open 24 hours, it was the first time I saw a blood pressure machine in a gym and it works. Hakata station was a leisurely 10 minutes away. A Family Mart convenience store located 20 seconds outside the Hotel 🏨. The price was good, room was small but functional.

I was pleasantly surprised with the contemporary architecture and decor of the property. Very well appointed and the guest rooms are large and very nice. I especially liked the shower and separate tub. Unfortunately the fitness center is sparce and could use a few more machines or weights. I also wish they would offer towels at the fitness center and had a hot bath. Great convenient location near to Hakata Station and many dining options and so much shopping selections.

Overall the stay was very good. Hotel and area was very convenient. My only issue was…they would not sell me more coffee kcups. I drink about 4-5 cups daily…and when I went to front desk to purchase more receptionist would not accommodate. She said; they could not sell and visitors were allowed 2 daily. These are special illy kcups and weren’t available to purchase in any grocery or convenient stores.

Love this hotel. Within 10mins walk to stay station. Hotel is clean, high tech, staffs are friendly. Love the bathroom. Everything is excellent.

No free bottle of water supply, no enough cups for use, only one cup for everything (e.g. brushing teeth, and drinking etc). There is a coffee machine but no coffee supply. An electric wire was exposed from electric plug connecting the coffee machine. I am afraid to use it.

The hotel lobby is big and grand, with convenient stores within 1-2 minutes of walk. There is a small park across the hotel. It is walking distance to the JR Hakata via the main road. There is a small carpark available at the basement. There are limited parking lots and space, especially for a larger vehicle. The staff were welcoming and the check-in process was smooth. We like how spacious the room is with places to put our shopping bags, luggages and walking space. The breakfast serves mainly Japanese food with only a few non-Japanese dishes like siew mai. We like it as we get to try on local dishes instead of the usual international selection. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.
