•Check-in: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
•Check-out: 10:00 AM
•4 free assigned parking spaces
•Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (City of Fullerton is very strict! Complaints from neighbors or the city can result in fines up to $2,500!)
•Please do not set AC below 68°F to prevent freezing.
•Please be sure to unplug any and all unused appliances (stove, oven, AC/heater), including hair curlers & laptop chargers from the socket when leaving the home.
•Maintain and respect neighbor relations - please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect neighbor privacy.
•One bath towel and one hand towel per guest (more available upon request)
•There is a backyard and there are 2 ADU's in the back but backyard is UNAVAILABLE for use to respect the people living there. ONLY sides are available for use.
•Adult supervision for children at all times — indoors, outdoors.
•NO OUTDOOR SHOES INSIDE
•Absolutely no smoking (of any kind) inside the property. A $1,000 fine will be charged if evidence is found to cover air treatment and carpet cleaning. Right to cancel reservation without refund
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Large gatherings beyond the home’s capacity will result in a $1,000 fine if evidence is found/presented.
•No extra or overnight guests without prior approval. (Having more guests than stated in your reservation, or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation).
•No mail/packages delivered to property. Please use a nearby pickup location instead.
•No moving/rearranging of the furniture.
•No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, games, streaming devices, etc.
•No pre-check-in bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee).
•No pets, as much as we love our furry freinds ):
•No parking outside assigned spaces
•NO OUTDOOR SHOES INSIDE
- There is a long-term tenant in the rear ADU (tenant has separate back entrance to ADU and will not disturb guests within unit).
***We reserve the right to keep your security deposit if these rules are broken***
These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.
After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and for a government issued ID. Both are required for access to the home.
- Guest access
We provide a contactless self check-in with access to the entire house. The property address will be shared closer to your check-in date for your privacy and security.
- Parking:
Up to 4 vehicles total. 2 in assigned spaces in a private driveway (tandem-style, one car behind the other) and 2 along the curbside.
Please make yourself feel right at home! We prioritize excellent service and guest services.

- Other things to note
~Street sweeping (MONDAY), please do not park on either side of the street on Mondays between 7am - 12pm. We are not responsible for any tickets incurred.
~Trash pick-up (FRIDAY)

This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- Property Disclosures:
We have 4, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance, garage, and both sides of the home which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras within the home.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Check out on time 10 am
-Please place any used towels, bath mats, or hand towels on the bathroom floor.
-Please tie all trash bags and put trash in front of the property.
-Turn off all lights, TV, and AC/Heater
-Close all windows and curtains
-Lock front door (doors do not automatically lock)
-Lock sliding glass door in room.
-Please do not lock any other doors within the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
