This beautiful 130 m² house is perfectly located on a hillside with open, unobstructed views—an ideal retreat during your stay in Madeira. With two floors, it offers all the comforts you need to feel at home while being close to many of the island’s main attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants with diverse culinary options.

On the lower floor, you’ll find a bright and welcoming living area furnished with a comfortable sofa for you to unwind, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the day. From here, you have direct access to a balcony and a private backyard—perfect for enjoying the fresh air and the stunning surroundings.

The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. For your convenience, there’s also a washing machine available.

Upstairs, there are two cosy bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms feature wardrobes, chests of drawers, and access to a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh hillside breeze. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and feel at home.

For your peace of mind, the house is professionally cleaned before every stay. Please note that stairs are required to access the bedrooms on the upper floor.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Madeira airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
