This apartment is well equipped with all the necessary for your holiday. Featuring a large balcony that extends all front of the apartment, where you can enjoy a fantastic ocean view and the sunset over Cabo Girão. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The main bedroom has a double bed with access to the balcony and the second bedroom has two single beds which can be made for couple or separate. The living room invites you to a relaxing time after a day exploring and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to make and have a great meal.

Although located on the first floor there is a direct entrance with no need to use any stairs. A free parking place in the garage building is available (number 202).

The apartment is in an excellent location, a safe and quiet zone with all amenities and plenty of leisure places within walking distance. The natural swimming pool 'Doca do Cavacas' is at a 5 min walk and Formosa Beach within a 15 min walk. The nearest supermarket and multiple restaurants are less than 5 min away, on foot. Forum Madeira, a large shopping centre, can be reached in only 7 min walk.There is a tourist information centre 300m away.

Easy access to public transportation a few meters from the apartment, including the aerobus (direct line to the airport) stop 22 and a bus line for downtown.

At the surrounding area, at 4 min. walk, is the natural swimming pool 'Doca Do Cavacas' this small beach complex is located between the Lido and Formosa beach. It can be accessed from the Lido Promenade. This beach has a natural volcanic swimming pool and direct access to the sea, as well as changing rooms, a lifeguard, a restaurant and bar. Forum Madeira (Shopping mall) is at 7 min walk (open from 10am to 11pm every day including Sunday and public holidays) located on the bustling Estrada Monumental, Fórum Madeira has 86 shops, around a dozen restaurants, cafés and snack bars, 6 cinema screens and a hypermarket.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Golden Residence, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
