Other Things to Note:

As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property.



Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card.



Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €40, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details.



This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival.



We will personally welcome you at the property to provide all necessary information and hand over the keys.



Our check-in hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For arrivals up until midnight, there is no additional cost. However, check-ins after midnight have an extra fee of €35.



We do not have reserved private parking, but guests have access to the building’s indoor parking area, where they may use any available spot at the time of arrival.



There are usually spaces available. However, in the unlikely event that none are free, you can park on the street nearby at no cost.



We take pride in the cleanliness and attention to detail in our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay, followed by a quality check.



Please remember that you are staying in a residential building—treat our apartment and the community with respect. If any issues arise, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.



To comply with all legal requirements and building safety regulations, you may be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, provide a valid credit card in a name that matches your ID, complete our guest portal verification, and, in some cases, undergo a background check.

Upon arrival, there will be a welcome book to help you make the most of your stay (hidden gems, recommendations, local tips, etc.).



I choose to give guests their space, however, if needed I’m available by phone, text or email.
