Villetta La Fara is a lovelysea-view cottage for vacations in Salento, located just 1 km from the striking cliffs of the coast, less than 5 minutes from places like Ciolo and Santa Maria di Leuca.

Villetta La Fara is a vacation cottage located in a complex of terraced houses, in a residential neighborhood.
A car gate allows you to park your car inside the front yard, protected by wooden gazebo.
Also in the back is a large outdoor area, equipped for outdoor relaxation, furnished with table, chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. From here, through the pedestrian gate, you can see the nearby sea.
The interior of Villetta La Fara is on two levels. On the ground floor there is the living area, consisting of living room with sofa, TV, dining room, eat-in kitchen and 1 full bathroom.
Upstairs is the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with single beds and 1 single bedroom, as well as 1 full shower room.
From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the sea.

Villetta La Fara stands in Gagliano del Capo, in a residential area close to the road that in just 1 km joins the town to the wonderful cliffs of the Salento coast of Capo di Leuca.
The location also allows you to reach in just 5 minutes Santa Maria di Leuca, with its suggestive caves, splendid villas, tourist port, and the famous Sanctuary of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae with the most southeastern lighthouse in Italy.
For lovers of the most authentic nature of Salento, the cottage is very close to the canyon on the sea of Ponte Ciolo, but also to the Cipolliane trails or the Acquaviva Cove.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating in the winter months has a mandatory extra cost of euro 8 per day.
- Guests are not allowed to use the barbecue.
