Nestled on a vast, unfenced 10-hectare estate, partially surrounded by paddocks, this superb property can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. Everything here has been designed to share unforgettable moments in a peaceful setting, with no close neighbors.

The house features six bedrooms, strategically placed to offer comfort and privacy to everyone. These include two master suites with private bathrooms, two additional master bedrooms, a bedroom for children or teenagers, and a large dormitory for younger guests. Several bathrooms with showers and bathtubs complete the accommodations.

The heart of the house is a spectacular, light-filled living area thanks to its large windows opening onto the outdoors. It comprises a spacious and inviting lounge, a large dining table seating up to 18, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with two dishwashers, an automatic coffee machine, and a huge central island perfect for communal meals.

On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms, including two master suites.

Upstairs, a large mezzanine offers a dormitory, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a library, board games, a television, and a pool table for extended social gatherings.

Outside, the amenities will delight guests of all ages: a private heated outdoor pool with a motorized cover, a spa, a garden, a gas barbecue, and plenty of space to fully enjoy the surrounding nature.

Ocean lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Médoc's most beautiful surf spots. The unspoiled Pin Sec beach is just fifteen minutes away, with its surf school and seasonal restaurants. Montalivet and Soulac-sur-Mer also offer numerous opportunities for all skill levels.

For your evenings, enjoy an unforgettable sunset at the famous beach bar "Au Pin Sec et à l'Eau," perched atop the dune.

For your comfort, bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included. The house also features high-speed Wi-Fi, a piano (available upon request), a fireplace, underfloor heating, and numerous other family-friendly amenities.

The estate is located in Gaillan-en-Médoc, in a peaceful and unspoiled setting in the heart of the Médoc countryside.

You'll enjoy an exceptional location between the Atlantic Ocean, pine forests, and the prestigious vineyards of the Médoc. Just a few minutes away, discover the wild beaches of Pin Sec, Montalivet, and Soulac-sur-Mer, renowned for their natural landscapes and surf spots. Local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and markets are easily accessible by car. Don't miss the famous Montalivet market, one of the most popular in the region during the summer season. Nature lovers, cyclists, horseback riders, and hikers will also find plenty of activities nearby.

A car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the region and the many nearby activities.

As the property is currently for sale, the owner reserves the right to arrange viewings during your stay. These viewings will, of course, only take place with your prior consent, and you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
