Spacious rear deck overlooks Pine Creek, covered front porch with a swing invites you to relax in peaceful surroundings. Direct access to Pine Creek, Snowmobile or ATV to township and state forestry roads, or bike to the Rail Trail to explore the PA Grand Canyon with access points just 4.5 miles away, Wellsboro less than 20 minutes away.

Inside, the home offers an inviting layout for your group. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and granite countertops, and there are two dining areas—one in the kitchen and another in the living area—plus a picnic table outside for dining by the creek. The living room features two comfy couches, a large TV, high-speed internet, and access to streaming networks (no local channels). Also on the main floor is a full bathroom, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms are spacious and each furnished with a queen-sized bed and its own air-conditioning unit. The third bedroom is smaller with a full-sized bed, ideal for kids or additional guests. The second bathroom is also upstairs, featuring a charming cast iron bathtub for a touch of vintage comfort.

Located in the heart of Tioga County’s finest recreation, the home offers direct access to Pine Creek for fishing, tubing, kayaking, and canoeing. Guests can snowmobile or ride ATVs from the front door to township and state forestry roads, or take your bikes to the Rail Trail to explore the PA Grand Canyon with access points just 4.5 miles away. Tioga State Forest is less than ¼ mile away and State Game Lands 208 within ½ mile, making this a prime spot for outdoor enthusiasts.

Historic Wellsboro, with its gaslit Main Street, is less than 20 minutes away, and there are three restaurants nearby for dining convenience (Frome's Bakery, Old Antlers Inn & The Log Cabin). For meals at home, the cabin features modern kitchen amenities including a refrigerator, full range, microwave, coffee maker, and outdoor Blackstone grill.

A thoughtful starter kit provides a limited supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, and trash bags you will need to restock for extended stays. Linens and towels are included, and a contactless check-in makes arrival easy. Please note a 4WD/AWD vehicle is encouraged during the snowy season.
